Clear expectations, better appointments

These policies create room for careful work, honest timing, and respect for every client and professional in the salon.

01

Booking and pricing

Appointments are reserved through the salon's Square booking site. Prices marked “from” or “varies” depend on length, density, condition, new growth, product use, added hair, and the complexity of the requested finish. Square shows the current starting price and estimated time.

Booking the wrong service can affect whether there is enough time to complete the requested work. When unsure, schedule a consultation before a larger appointment.

02

Consultations

A consultation is strongly recommended for new Sisterlocks® or microlocs, extensions, instant locs, major repair, thinning or bridge work, loc removal, corrective work, and significant color changes.

03

Hair preparation

Follow the preparation notes in the Square service description. Unless the selected service includes take-down or detangling, arrive with previous styles removed. Tell the salon about color, chemicals, scalp concerns, extensions, repairs, or products that may affect the service.

04

Timing and late arrival

Arrive on time and allow for the full estimated appointment window. Loc services may run longer when the hair requires additional separation, detangling, repair, drying, or product removal.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may receive an adjusted service or need to reschedule so later appointments are respected. Please call as soon as you know you are delayed.

05

Changes, cancellations, and missed appointments

Give at least 24 hours' notice when changing or cancelling an appointment. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment before a future appointment. Any fee or deposit must be shown and agreed through Square before it is charged.

06

Guests and children

For focus, safety, and limited salon space, bring only guests who are receiving a service or are needed to accompany a child or a client requiring assistance. A parent or legal guardian should remain available for a minor's appointment.

07

Results and service adjustments

Reference photos communicate direction, but texture, density, length, condition, and hair history affect the result. If you have a concern, contact the salon promptly so the work can be reviewed. Adjustments are evaluated case by case and are not guaranteed when aftercare instructions were not followed or another provider changed the work.

08

Photos and privacy

The salon may ask to photograph finished work. Client images are published only with permission. You may decline photography without affecting your service.
